Terms & Conditions
Goods will only be dispatched without prior payment to companies with an existing approved credit account with AV Digital Productions Ltd.and on receipt of an official Purchase Order. All other orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch of goods. On receipt of payment, goods will be despatched within 3 days.
Shipping - Packing & Post
Shipping Costs are not included in the price. Requests for Courier or special delivery of orders are charged extra. All goods remain the property of AV Digital Productions Ltd. until payment in full has been received. All goods will be despatched to the Shipping Address supplied. AV Digital Productions Ltd. will not be responsible for any additional import or local taxes and duties levied by different countries

Copyright for video footage and rushes shot by AV Digital Productions Ltd. at the Company’s sites, Client’s sites and locations, on offshore installations, ships etc., also Copyright for completed Programs and Productions produced by the Company and for Clients, including Video footage, Photographs, Artwork, Graphics, Software, Modules, Videocassettes, CD-ROM’s, VCD’s, DVD’s. and all electronic media on disc or tape (CD-ROM, DVD, VCD, CBT) remain the property of AV Digital Productions Ltd.
Copyright for scripts and content written and produced by AV Digital Productions Ltd. and audio voice-over recordings made by and for use by the Company, and for client productions remain the property of AV Digital Productions Ltd
Copying & duplication of any kind is illegal and prohibited without the express written permission of AV Digital Productions Ltd.
Warranty
All AV Digital Productions Ltd. Programs, Software, and Modules are covered by a 45 day return for free replacement warranty if found to be faulty as a result of the manufacturing / duplication process. Faults caused by mis-use, third party equipment, or fair wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.
