Emergency Response Team Training Course Movie

This course is intended to train personnel to perform the duties of an Emergency Response Crew member effectively and safely. On completion of the course the participants should be able select, operate and deploy Fire Fighting equipment to a greater degree of competence than previously reached on the Basic Fire Training Courses.  It reinforces the principles and techniques of teamwork and leadership in order to function as an effective fire-fighting unit and demonstrate confidence in their personal abilities to perform as an Emergency Response Crew. Video is shot during these courses for use when de-briefing and for post course analysis of participant’s performance.
